Did you know that the Royal Mile is split up into 6 different sections ? You may hear people say ‘at the Lawnmarket’ or ‘in the Canongate’. They are referring to a specific section of the Royal Mile.
From Holyrood Palace up towards the castle, they are…………..
and the last section is the Castle Esplanade section, leading to the Castle, but there is no sign there.
